The writing characteristics are excellent when choosing the optimum nib width for the personal writing style. The fountain pen reacts to gentle pressure changes with a richer or lower ink flow and a larger or softer line width.

Although the size of the fountain pen is initially unfamiliar to many and appears optically overpowering, these impressions disappear in most people after a while of writing and their enthusiasm takes over. Everybody should try the masterpiece 149.

The fountain pen is offered with "F" or "M" nib as standard. Any other spring thickness can also be ordered.
