The LAMY 2000 has been making design history since 1966. A timeless classic, it is still one of the most modern writing instruments today. Made of glass fibre reinforced polycarbonate, exclusive woods or brushed polished stainless steel. The LAMY 2000 is available as a piston fountain pen with partially platinum-plated 14-carat gold nib, ballpoint pen, rollerball pen, mechanical pencil and multi-colour ballpoint pen.

The classic of the modern age. When the Lamy 2000 hit the shop windows in 1966, it presented itself as a writing instrument unlike anything seen before. One that didn't want to be a gold-clad status symbol, but a functionally designed, high-precision tool for writing by hand. Entirely in the tradition of the Bauhaus.
